Presentation of the 'Mosselburger'
Today was the opening of the mussel season and was the press invited for the presentation of the ‘Seabør Zeeuwse Mosselburger’; a burger made of mussel. We have received so many positive comments!
Based on genuine intentions to make a small difference, we managed to introduce this wonderful product on the market as an alternative to meat within a year. We will be on the road the next upcoming weeks to organize tastings for the hospitality industry and wholesale.
