For the embassy of the Kingdom of the Netherlands in Canada I was asked to contribute to National Dutch Heritage Day and a series of festivals focused on diversity. Three series that we worked on with great passion in the recent years, presented on 21 large format photo images.
It is honorable that the projects in which we combine traditional costume with a social message are successful and find their way outside of the Netherlands. Art brings more. It creates dialogue, connection and a smile on the face. It also complements the design and it is a factor that is not to be underestimated that contributes to awareness #artdriveschange.
